Here's a little history about me and my company. In December 2007 I lost the lease for my antique store so I opted to close the doors. This allowed me time to spend with my ailing Mother. After her death in 2010 I attended personal property appraisal (CAGA) and estate liquidation schools(ASEL). This formal education supplemented with years of hands on experience has given me the ability to determine a "collectable" as opposed to common household goods. This experience is a prerequisite for a great tag sale/liquidation experience, and helps with pricing and marketing which are a big part of this process, but I always remember that empathy is equally important.
